The six weeks

Three phases. One live company.

  1. 01

    Find and prove the problem

Identify one specific problem worth solving, who experiences it, why it matters and why you are well placed to address it.

  2. 02

    Build and test the solution

Create something ready for real users or customers and gather evidence that it solves something they value.

  3. 03

    Launch and commercialise

Go live with a sharper proposition, a route to customers or revenue and a 90-day commercial plan.
